Oxford Gardens Property Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase of a property from Oxford Gardens, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the property must remain unused and in the same condition that you received it. The property must also be in its original state without any alterations or damage.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of property transactions are exempt from being returned:

– Any property altered from its original state post-purchase

– Properties associated with hazardous conditions

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

– Any property not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing features not due to our error.

– Any property that is returned more than 30 days after the transaction.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned property. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Properties

Only properties purchased at regular prices may be refunded. Sale properties cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace properties if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same property, send us an email at [insert email address] and send your request to [insert physical address].

Gifts

If the property was marked as a gift when purchased and transferred directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned property is received, a certificate of the refund value will be mailed to you.

If the property wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the transaction directed to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your property, you should mail your request and documentation to: [insert physical address].

You will be responsible for paying any associated costs for returning the property. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return processing will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchange or refund process to complete may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive property, you may consider using a trackable mailing service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your return.
